Tenants who join The Oxford Club are given a discount on their monthly membership fee which includes access to multiple complimentary fitness classes per day, a fully equipped weight room, cardio room, studio and men’s and women’s locker rooms. Private lockers with same-day laundry service are also available upon request.

Get a fresh hair cut, sneak away for a mid-day manicure or unwind with your favorite facial or massage just steps from your private office. Tenants receive 10% off ALL products and services all the time in addition to tenant-exclusive events.

We welcome our tenants to join us in the lobby for any of our nightly activations including live music, charcuterie sampling, curated art installations, pop up shopping events, shoe shining and more! In addition, we host exclusive monthly happy hours just for our tenants.

The Fine Print
Utilities Included (except Internet)
Each office suite has their own temperature control for their office and all utilities including heating, cooling and electricity are included in the monthly rent. The only tenant-paid utility expense is their choice of internet provider.
Multiple Parking Options Available
For those who prefer not to battle traffic, our property is located right across from Union Station which offers multiple public transit options and for those who prefer to drive, we offer monthly self-parking passes in a heated garage and/or valet parking.
Janitorial Services Included 5 Days a Week
Come into a fresh office each morning knowing that your trash and recycling are taken care of five nights a week and deeper cleans are available upon request for a fee.
